Richard A. McBee Sr.
Richard A. McBee Sr., 57, of Butler passed away peacefully at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Butler Memorial Hospital.
Richard was born in Butler, March 25, 1952, the son of the late Richard H. McBee and Shirley A. (Ross) McBee, who survives him of Buffalo Township.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Richard owned and operated Aaron Pest Elimination and Aaron Heating and Cooling in Butler for the past 19 years.
Richard was a proud member of the NRA and enjoyed reading and golfing.
Richard is survived by his companion, Judy Horton; two daughters, Gretchen (Jim) Smartt of Port Richey, Fla., and Jennifer (Robert) Johnston of Butler; two sons, Richard A. (Devan) McBee Jr. of Butler and Christopher McBee of Greensboro, N.C.; six grandchildren, Devan, Ethan and Victoria Smartt, Isaiah Johnston, and Ian and Richie McBee. Richard also is survived by four sisters, Cheryl L. Kestner of Buffalo Township, Beverly L. McBee of Enon, Pa., Barbara A. (Kirk) Bauer of Bessemer, Pa., and Donna J. Claypool of South Buffalo Township; and three brothers, David W. (Karen) McBee of Hooversville, Pa., Eugene P. McBee of South Buffalo Township and Gary D. McBee of Buffalo Township.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Jerry Pawloski of Bairdford United Methodist Church officiating.
