Sandra J. Hoak, 60, of Allison Park died Wednesday at UPMC Passavant.

Born Sept. 26, 1947, in Tarentum, she was the daughter of Edward and Grace Woodman Tomasik.

She was an office worker in Pittsburgh.

Mrs. Hoak was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy, Ford City.

She enjoyed listening to music, reading the Bible and traveling.

Surviving are a son, Robert Brian Hoak of Cape Coral, Fla.; a daughter, Cassandra L. (Ken Klein) Hoak of Butler; a brother, Edward Tomasik of West Virginia; and a grandchild, Harley P. Livengood of Butler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceding in death by her husband, Ronald L. Hoak, who died Oct. 16, 1980.
