Ezatoff, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, DUI, failing to sign his vehicle registration card and failing to notified authorities of a change of address, filed Oct. 26 by state police.Jane E. Harper, 59, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and driving with an open container of alcohol, filed Oct. 8 by state police.Eric J. Klein, 20, of Butler was held for court on three counts each of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, and receiving stolen property, filed in three separate cases April 14 and June 3 by state police.Melissa Ann Lewis, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Sept. 30 by state police.Kiera E. Magalich, 25, of Vandergrift, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI, disobeying traffic control signals and making an improper turn, filed Oct. 28 by Buffalo Township police.James V. Matoka, 21, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 19 by state police.Taylor N. McGinnis, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 13 by state police. McGinnis was ordered to pay $272.50 in fines and court costs.Austin E. Miller, 19, of Valencia was held for court on charges of carrying a firearm without a license, underage possession of alcohol and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 19 by state police.James E. Shankle Jr., 51, of Ford City waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, speeding and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 20 by state police.
