Vonda L. "Vonnie" Rodgers, 67, of Bradys Bend died Thursday at her home.

Born April 9, 1939, in Bradys Bend, Rodgers was the daughter of Howard A. and Sarah L. Kamerer Snow.

Mrs. Rodgers worked for two years at the former Castle Rubber in East Butler, as a custodian at St. Patrick Church in Bradys Bend, and delivering groceries at Pezzuti's General Store in Bradys Bend.

A 1957 Graduate of East Brady High School, she enjoyed cooking, canning and all her neighborhood children.

Mrs. Rodgers was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Bradys Bend.

She is survived by two sisters, Genevieve M. Dolnosich of Mentor, Ohio, and Mrs. John (Marilyn Y. "Sis") Kusick of Bradys Bend.

She is also survived by nieces, nephews and her beloved dog "Gateway."

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy F. "Bud" Rodgers, who she married Nov. 22, 1965 and who died Nov. 9, 2005; and five brothers, and two sisters.
