CRANBERRY TWP - These cases were recently heard in District Judge Kelley Streib's court:

Holly Lynn Meyer, 28, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged May 5 by the Butler County Detectives with two counts of conspiracy to commit manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and four counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.

Michael B. Bailey, 56, of Cranberry Township, waived his case to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, disregard of traffic lane and not using low beams.

Kathryn J. Fry, 26, of Chicora waived her case to court. She was charged March 15 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of possessing a fraudulent vehicle title, failure to notify change in address, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without proper inspection and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kellie Ann Walton, 23, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 23 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving at unsafe speeds, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.

EVANS CITY - These cases were recently heard in District Judge Wayne Seibel's court:Heather Grace Coon, 42, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged April 26 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.Ronald Patrick Rust, 36, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 3 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without proper insurance, driving at unsafe speeds and failure to notify police of an accident or damage to property.Robert A. Connors, 19, of West Sunbury waived his case to court. He was charged April 19 by the Callery police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.Dane W. Crowley, 19, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. He was charged March 24 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, careless driving and failure to keep right.Harry S. Cairns, 33, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 20 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red signal.Lenward James, 43, of Charlotte, N.C., waived his case to court. He was charged May 11 by the Jackson Township police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.Joshua Paul Luchkiw, 19, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 6 by the Evans City police with receiving stolen property and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases were recently heard in District Judge Clifford Woessner's court:Gregory J. Brenneman, 39, of Slippery Rock had his case held for court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence, careless driving, accidental damage to property and failure to notify police of accident or damage on state Route 4007 in Worth Township on March 17.Zariah L. Monaci, 26, of Baden waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence and speeding on March 22 on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.
