Mark Bringenberg, 41, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, failure to obey traffic devices, careless driving and driving in the wrong lane, filed Aug. 6 by state police.
Mark Elder, 50, of Butler was held for court on a DUI charge, filed Aug. 5 by state police.
Wesley Frank Jr., 27, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property, filed Dec. 9 by Penn Township police.
Janel Gregory, 28, of New Kensington waived to court charges of DUI, driving on wrong side of the road and driving at unsafe speed, filed Nov. 14 by Buffalo Township police.
Tashema Johnson, 30, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receive stolen property, filed Dec. 9 by Penn Township police.
Harold Kennedy, 22, of Mars waived to court charges of DUI and driving on roads laned for traffic, filed Oct. 23 by Penn Township police.
Dann Mathison, 47, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 12 by state police.
David Metz, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, DUI controlled substance, failure to immediately notify police of an accident, driving on roads laned for traffic, careless driving and failure to use restraint systems, filed May 20 by state police.
Alexander Pavas-Gregg, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 31 by state police. He was sentenced to pay $458.50 in fines and court costs.
Christine Witenski, 41, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Sept. 15 by Buffalo Township police.

Morrison, 20, of Greensburg waived to court charges of possessing a prohibited offensive weapon, simple assault, resisting arrest, underage drinking, disorderly conduct and scattering rubbish, filed Oct. 29 by SRU police.Jason Steen, 21, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of DUI and driving with no rear lights, filed Sept. 8 by SRU police.Alexander D.
