Memorable moment: "I've had a lot of them in 30 years, but seeing a kid achieve something and see the change in them. When they come in, they are not as successful or very trusting and then they see what we're doing. That's my memory of each and every kid. We teach them to be productive in the community. When I, and all our coaches, see that, that's worth a million dollars."
