Hindman

Jacqueline "Jackie" Hindman, 73, of Venango Township, Boyers, passed away at 3:10 a.m. Friday at the Grove City Medical Center following an extended illness.

Born Dec. 23, 1935, in Meadville, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Norman Eugene Schultz.

Jackie was a longtime member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church at Murrinsville, where in earlier years, she chaired many committees and projects of the church.

She was a longtime employee of the former J.M. Beatty Automotive of Eau Claire.

Surviving are her husband, John "Jack" Hindman; two daughters, Cindy Elder of Emlenton and Pam Hindman of Utica; three sons, Ernie (Becky) Hindman of Eau Claire, Tim Hindman of Boyers and Dan (Leona) Hindman of Harrisville; eight grandchildren, Stormie, Cheyenne, Joshua and David Hindman, Melissa Shearer, Heather Slater, Christine Kelly, and Shane Carr; a brother, Robert Schultz of Titusville; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lacey Hindman; and a daughter-in-law, Traci L. Hindman.

<B>HINDMAN</B> — Friends of Jacqueline "Jackie" Hindman, who died Friday, Aug. 7, 2009, may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the <B>H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home</B>, Main St./Route 38, Eau Claire. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Murrinsville, with Father Jim Bedillion officiating.
