Peaco

George A. “Bunny” Peaco, 90, of Gibsonia, Richland Township, died Saturday while under the care of Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born March 10, 1921, in Gibsonia, he was the son of the late Albert and Catherine (Huffman) Peaco.

He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret (Kristian) Peaco.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his three brothers, Raymond, Lloyd and Melvin Peaco.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Barbara Burk of Gibsonia; a loving grandson, Tommy Burk of Gibsonia; and a dear sister, Evelyn Noto of Indiana.

Bunny was a lifetime member of the Richland Township Fire Department, reaching more than 50 years of dedicated service.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the St. Catherine of Sweden Church.
