EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Michael Allen Harter, 34, of Renfrew had his case held to court. He was charged July 8 by the state police with resisting arrest, harassment, aggravated assault, driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, criminal mischief, public drunkenness, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without insurance, careless driving and restrictions on alcohol beverages.

Shawn David Cannon, 31, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 22 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between .10 and .16, speeding and disregard of traffic lane.

Richard John Graham Jr., 27, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 16 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of more than .16 and careless driving.
