CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Samuel Thomas Cappitte III, 28, of Youngstown, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia and giving false identification to police.

Donald P. Durkin Jr., 28, of Struthers, Ohio, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 22 with retail theft, criminal mischief and defiant trespass.

Abby Lee Schneider, 26, of Sewickley waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 23 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft.

Melissa Margaret Stasik, 23, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged July 13 with retail theft.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Kirby M. Gordon, 32, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 29 by Evans City police with simple assault and harassment.Kenneth Hunt, 35, of Murrysville waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Karen Lisa Graham, 45, of Fombell waived her case to court. She was charged July 1 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.
