Butler Little Theatre will present "Deathtrap" by Ira Levin, a blend of thrills and comedy, from Jan. 23 to 31 at the theater at One Howard St.

The curtain goes up at 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, at 8:15 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and at 2:30 p.m. Sundays during a show's run.

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Public Theater begins the new year with "Metamorphoses," running Jan. 15 to Feb. 15 in the O'Reilly Theater, Pittsburgh Public Theater's home in downtown's Cultural District.Based on the myths of the Roman poet Ovid, the theme of "Metamorphoses" is transformation, and as created, it allows each new director and design team to transform the production according to their unique vision.The show will start at 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays (except Feb. 10 when the show is at 7 p.m.); at 2 and 7 p.m. Sundays (except Feb. 15 when the only show is at 2 p.m.); with additional 2 p.m. matinees Jan. 31, Feb. 7, 12 and 14.Tickets range from $40 to $61; students and patrons age 26 and younger pay $15.50.
