Foreman Group

It was half a century ago when Clifford Foreman started Foreman Architects Engineers in an office above a garage in Zelienople with only ideals of passion, creativity, discipline, loyalty and integrity as a base.

It wasn't long before success led to the development of a new office and more employees to keep up with the demand.

The sons of Clifford Foreman, Phillip and David, got involved with the company at a young age. Phillip became the president and David the vice-president in 1998.

Foreman Architects Engineers has grown tremendously since 1956. Not only has it grown to match its market demand, but new companies have been formed to help meet their client's needs.

Today, the Foreman Group consists of eight companies, over 100 employees and four offices throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The Foreman Group is: Foreman Architects Engineers, Foreman Program and Construction Managers, Foreman Building Commissioning, Foreman Davis, RAPOSAP, PerFOREMANce Roofing Specialists, Foreman Design Build and the Foreman Foundation.

Reaching and achieving clients' visions and dreams is held in the highest regard at the Foreman Group. The company's success is found in making those visions and dreams come true. The dedication and passion that is instilled in the employees radiates off every project completed. That passion makes each project special.

Foreman Architects Engineers and Foreman Program and Construction Managers have provided architecture, engineering and construction management services on millions of dollars worth of projects. The common ground shared by these two companies creates an efficient and cooperative working relationship between design and construction management staff. Single source responsibility and the unique desire to achieve a common goal continually produce the most successful construction projects.

In 1996, Phillip founded the Foreman Foundation in memory of John Bruno Jr. who's life was taken by melanoma cancer at the age of 27. A total of $811,000 has been raised for donation since 1996. The funds support the Foreman Foundation Melanoma Research Laboratory at the Penn State College of Medicine at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Clifford Foreman recently passed away, however his dreams and ambitions will be carried on at the Foreman Group forever. The Foreman Group has been successful in the past 50 years and looks forward to bringing life and success to all future projects.

Moments & Milestones, a celebration of Foreman Architects Engineers 50th anniversary, Foreman Program and Construction Managers 15th anniversary, and the life of Clifford Foreman, was held at the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh in December. Over 300 guests attended the celebration which entailed laughter, fun, live music, art, dinner, and remembrance. The evening was a success as everyone left with memories that will last for an eternity.
