FINAL TOUCH
Bob Burns, left, and Ken Nelson, employees of Power Construction, put up signs on the General Richard Butler Bridge just prior to its opening on Nov. 9. The bridge, which carries Route 8 over the Connoquenessing Creek, replaced the old Main Street Viaduct, which was built in 1917.
