EVANS CITY — The Evans City Public Library, 204 S. Jackson St., will host a story time for children age 3 to 6 from 10:45 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays and from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Wednesdays beginning Feb. 6.

Donations sought for rummage sale

Donations of clothing, furniture, dishes, toys and miscellaneous items are now being collected for the Granny's Attic Rummage Sale to be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 2 at the YWCA, 120 W. Cunningham St.

Donations can be left in the YWCA's lobby.

OAKLAND TWP — Reservations are now being accepted for theOakland Township-Oneida Valley Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary dinner to be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at the fire hall, Route 38.The dinner will feature the installation of new officers. FORD CITY — A General Educational Development test will be conducted from 6 to 10 p.m. Feb. 13 and 14 at Ford City Junior/Senior High School, Fourth Avenue and 11th Street, Ford City.Cost for the test is $50. Participants must be at least 18 years old or provide a written request for the test.The deadline to register for the exam is Feb. 9.Registration forms are available at the Armstrong School District Administration Building, 410 Main St., Ford City.Applicants must present a photo identification at the time of testing.
