There seemed to be plenty of licks in these giant lollipops being made under the watchful eye of preschoolers in the class of Mrs. Donald Winters. The youngsters, members of the afternoon session of the Butler Community Kindergarten at Faith United Presbyterian Church in Center Township, toured the Morrison Candy Co. shop at the corner of Sixth Avenue and Pillow Street in November of 1964. The location is now occupied by Schneider Heating. Adults accompanying the group included, from left, Mrs. Winters, Mrs. Max Barron, Mrs. Kenneth Sponaugle and Mrs. Paul Kiser.
