In a best-of-three series format for the first round, No. 3 Natrona Heights will host No. 6 Wexford at 6 p.m. at Highlands High School. Game 2 will be at 6 p.m. at Pie Traynor Field.
No. 4 seed Mars II will host No. 5 seed Cranberry Township at 6 p.m. at Marburger Field. Game 2 will be played at 6 p.m. at Cranberry Township Park.
Game 3, if necessary, will return to the Game 1 sites.
Three representatives of the Butler Elks competed in the recent Elks Pennsylvania and Area II Tennis Tournaments held at Seven Springs Resort.Andrew Hazlett defeated Cody Lippert of Meadville 6-0, 6-0 in the 18-and-under division to win the Pennsylvania Elks first-place trophy.He also went on to finish third in the Area II tournament.In the 16-and-under division, Seth Cavaliero won the consolation trophy by defeating Rob Staiger of the West Grove Elks 6-4, 6-1 and Philip Giglotti of the Norwin Elks 10-8.Also in the 16-and-under, Andrew Sykes dropped two close matches to the first-and third-place winners in his bracket.

The Butler Township 14-year-old Federation baseball team captured the PONY World Series Section Tournament at Cranberry over the weekend.Butler Township went 4-0, defeating Ellwood City 11-3, Johnstown DHL 18-0, New Castle 16-2 and Cranberry 17-6. The final three games saw the 10-run rule in effect.Butler Township will advance to the PONY World Series Zone tournament this weekend. If Butler Township wins that tournament, they will participate in the PONY World Series in Washington (Pa.).The team is also in the semifinals of the North Hills Federation playoffs at 8 p.m. today against Shaler in Cranberry.
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. — Seon Hwa Lee spoiled Ai Miyazato's latest bid for her first LPGA Tour title, beating the Japanese star 2 and 1 in the final of the HSBC Women's World Match Play Championship.Miyazato won the par-4 14th with a conceded birdie to cut Lee's lead to a hole, but Lee took the par-4 15th with a 6-foot birdie putt after Miyazato missed an 8-footer.
