SLIPPERY ROCK— Slippery Rock University junior third baseman and Grove City High School graduate Billy Herman was named the Rawlings/ABCAGolden Glove Award winner at his position in the North Atlantic Region.

Herman had an .894 fielding percentage.

WEXFORD — The Grove City College baseball program swept the Presidents' Athletic Conference individual awards after winning its third PACtitle in this decade.Senior center fielder Brian Moran is the PACPlayer of the Year while head coach Rob Skaricich is the conference Coach of the Year.Moran hit .454 and set GCCsingle-season records with 45 runs scored, 59 hits, 50 RBI, 34 stolen bases and 100 total bases.
