Upcoming events at area state parks include the 13th annual Regatta at Lake Arthur on Aug. 6 and 7 on the South Shore of Moraine State Park, Muddy Creek Township.

Hours will be 10 a.m. until after the fireworks Aug. 6 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 7.

Featured will be live entertainment; water, air, and land events; craft and food vendors; children's activities; and homemade sailboats, canoe, kayak and sailboat races.
