Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., will host its annual “Treasure or Trinket?” event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 13. Antique dealers will be identifying what makes an item collectible. Verbal appraisals will be given for a $5 per object donation, limited to 10 items altogether. The museum is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students, and free for children younger than 8. Tours are available with advanced notice for no extra charge.
