The sixth annual Oil Country Bluegrass Festival is set for Friday through Sunday at the Days Inn, formerly The Arlington Hotel, at 1 Seneca St., Oil City. Like last year, the festival performances will take place about every half hour beginning at 6 p.m. or shortly thereafter Friday; by 1 p.m. Saturday; and by 9 a.m. Sunday.
