Jennings Environmental Education Center, Route 528, Brady Township, will host Home Sweet Home: Backyard Maple Sugaring from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 28 with an optional tour later that day from 1 to 2 p.m. Participants can learn about choosing trees, tapping them, collecting the sap and the evaporation process.
