CENTER TWP — The Tom Walker Family will perform a concert at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the North Main Street Church of God, 1201 N. Main St. Ext.

The show also features Heavenly Harmony and a dessert reception.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 10 and younger and free for ages 3 and younger. Tickets are available at the door or in advance at the church office. Proceeds benefit the church's Paraguay mission trip.

SARVER — Emory Chapel United Methodist Church at the corner of Sarver and Ekastown roads will host an old-fashioned hymn sing at 7 p.m. Sunday. Refreshments will follow.

Harmony Aglow will host a National Day of Prayer breakfast from 10 a.m. to noon May 5 on Phillips Hall at the Butler YMCA, 339 N. Washington St. An optional prayer walk will follow. The time will be filled with prayer for government leaders, churches, families and other important areas. The theme is “A Mighty Fortress for God.”A free breakfast table will be provided. CHICORA — St. John’s Reformed Church, 334 W. Slippery Rock St., will host a service to bless tractors immediately after the 11 a.m. May 8 service. Light refreshments will be provided.The Rev. John Pistorius was inspired to create a service for those who use farm machinery after remembering the many farm tractor accidents he has heard of in recent years.For information, call 724-445-3540.
