Sarah Downing, Jake Osbourne

Jake Osbourne and Sarah Downing were named king and queen of Slippery Rock High School’s prom festivities Friday.

Downing is the daughter of Melony and Paul Downing of Prospect.

Osbourne is the son of Jim and Carla Osbourne of Prospect.

Other members of Slippery Rock’s court included Scott Lipke, Cory Kirk, Luke Taylor, Carlie Atwood, A.J. Renshaw, Courtney Lattore, Molly Weitzel and Conor Frampton.

The prom was held at Slippery Rock University. Theme for the event was “Masquerade,” with decorations in vibrant Mardi Gras colors.
