The following strawberry festivals are being planned in and around Butler County:

• Wolf Creek Presbyterian Church will host a strawberry festival and spoon supper from 4:30 to 7 p.m. June 24.

The menu will include sloppy Joes, ham barbecue sandwiches, hot dogs, chili dogs, potato and macaroni salads, baked beans, strawberry sundaes and shortcake, ice cream, coffee and cold drinks.

Proceeds will benefit Westminster Highlands Church Camp and local church projects.

Wolf Creek Presbyterian Church is located on Route 108, four miles west of Slippery Rock and one mile east of I-79.

• St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 218 Jefferson St., will host a festival from 4 p.m. to dusk on Friday. The event will be held rain or shine.

Sandwiches, beverages and desserts will be sold.

• Fenelton United Methodist Church, Fenelton-Chicora Road, will host a festival from 4 to 6 p.m. June 20.

Sandwiches, strawberry shortcake and drinks will be served.
