The following Thanksgiving Eve worship services will be held today:

Butler Church of the Nazarene, 4410 Oakdale Road and Route 68, Butler Township, will host a Communion service at 7 p.m.

Community Alliance Church, 800 Mercer Road, Center Township, will hold a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m.

First English Lutheran Church, 241 N. Main St., will host a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7:30 p.m.

Glade Run United Presbyterian Church, 1091 Pittsburgh Road, Valencia, will host a traditional worship service at 7:30 p.m. Child care will be available. Pumpkin pie will be served.

Meridian United Presbyterian Church, 4150 Highland Ave., will participate in a community Thanksgiving service at 7:30 p.m. at St. John's Reformed Church.

Mount Chestnut Presbyterian Church, 727 Old West 422, Franklin Township, will hold a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m.

New Life Christian Ministries will celebrate a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m. at CrossWay Church, Davis Road, Adams Township. Believer baptism will be available.

The Saxonburg Sarver Ministerium will host a Thanksgiving service at 7 p.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Stoneyhollow Road, Cabot. The Rev. Kurt Knoble of Thorn Creek Church will offer the message. Refreshments and fellowship will follow the services.

St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 W. Jefferson St., will host a Thanksgiving Eve celebration at 7 p.m. Asocial hour will follow the service.

St. Thomas Church in-the-Fields and

Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church will host a joint Thanksgiving Eve service at St. Thomas, 4106 St. Thomas Drive, Gibsonia, at 7 p.m. Music will be provided by the Trinity Choir and the St. Thomas Music Team. For information, call 724-443-1963 or visit www.stthomaschurchinthefields.org.

Valencia Presbyterian Church and

Valencia United Methodist Church will unite to hold a Thanksgiving Eve worship service at 7:30 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church, 80 Sterrett St., Valencia. Communion will be served and the Valencia Community Choir will provide music. An offering will be collected for the Lighthouse Foundation Food Bank.
