The Butler Eagle takes great pride in the many ways in which the company and its employees give back to the community.

A leader for many years with the United Way of Butler County, the Eagle also is a proud sponsor of the Butler County Chamber of Commerce’s Employee Appreciation Luncheon, the Distinguished Service Award for Butler County, an annual supporter of the American Heart Association Walk, the Girl Scout cookie drive and many smaller drives. It also hosts the Dunbar Community Center children’s Christmas party.

The Butler Eagle co-sponsors the annual Butler Christmas Parade and the Leaders of Tomorrow celebration.

The Eagle sponsors the Butler County Amateur Golf Tournament each summer and participates in the annual 4-H Livestock Auction at the Butler Farm Show.

Our employees have served on the boards of Rotary, chamber of commerce, United Way, Community Development Corporation of Butler County and many others.

In addition, the Eagle, along with some of our advertisers, provides a free display advertisement to a civic group or charity each week. This advertisement has a value of more than $35,000 annually.
