3:24 p.m. July 3 — Police charged two people after they were found allegedly smoking marijuana in a car on Virginia Avenue.Officers found Brannon Irvin, 18, of Butler Township with a "large amount" of marijuana in his pocket, according to a police report.Inside the car, owned by Cassandra Cunningham, 19, of Washington Township, was a burned marijuana cigarette and drug paraphernalia, police said.Irvin is charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Cunningham is charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

7:44 p.m. Sunday — Gordan Graham, 48, of Portersville was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he was stopped for speeding on Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Graham was stopped after he was clocked going 102 mph in a 55 mph zone.11:50 p.m. Saturday — Michael Tiche, 53, of Hilliards was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his pickup truck collided with a motorcycle on Branchton Road in North Washington Terry Ulisky, 48, of Karns City, who was driving the motorcycle, suffered minor injuries.3:48 p.m. Saturday — Sport utility vehicles driven by Raymond Altman, 57, of North Washington and Victor Leithold, 76, of Fenelton collided on North Main Street Extension in Center Township.Leithold and a passenger in his vehicle, Beverly Leithold, 73, of Fenelton, were taken with unknown injuries to Butler Memorial Hospital; both were wearing seat belts. Altman was cited for an illegal left turn.3:25 p.m. Saturday — Cars driven by Scott Johnston, 26, of Kent, Indiana County and Deborah Sefton, 40, of Butler collided at North and Unionville roads in Franklin Township. Sefton and a 13-year-old passenger in her car, both wearing seat belts, suffered unknown injuries. Johnston was cited for a stop sign violation.Saturday — A Washington Township woman was scammed out of an undisclosed amount of money in a bogus sweepstakes offer.Kathy Ann Bell told police she was sent by mail last month a solicitation claiming she had won a prize. She followed the instructions and sent money for a "processing fee." Bell, however, never received any prize.5:05 p.m. May 30 — Robin Ratz, 50, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 356 near Winfield Road in Winfield Township.

4:12 p.m. Saturday — Kenneth Habel 48, of Templeton was arrested while driving an all-terrain vehicle and charged with driving under the influence at Routes 28 and 66 in Valley Township, Armstrong County.10:26 p.m. Friday — Kevin Lee Smith, 44, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, was arrested for driving under the influence on the Route 28 off ramp at Route 356 in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.

3:45 p.m. Wednesday — A 17-year-old female was charged with simple assault following an incident with a 15-year-old girl along Old Route 422 in Slippery Rock Township.
