FORGING THE WAY - Cheryl Norton
“To me, leadership is seizing the opportunity to break down barriers so that others, individuals or organizations, can successfully reach their goals. Leadership is not about what the leader can accomplishment, but rather the accomplishments of those he/she leads.”
INSPIRATION: “The leader I most admire is John F. Kennedy. In his 1960 inaugural speech, President Kennedy challenged every American to, 'Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.' President Kennedy understood that each of us has the capacity to lead and make a difference in the lives of others, and ultimately, in our country. As president, John F. Kennedy, did make a difference in the life of our country.”
