Chief seems OK with video

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Police Chief Cameron McLay said video of an officer waving his baton and angrily ordering teens to disburse after a bus stop dispute shows “no evidence of serious police misconduct.” The officer was recorded Wednesday. Citizens Police Review Board Executive Director Elizabeth Pittinger said the conduct shown is “excruciatingly unbecoming.”

But the chief said “Training, counseling or discipline will occur as the need is identified.”
