ARNOLD — Police said Erik Lamont Reed Jr., 18, has surrendered to authorities. He faces a charge of criminal homicide in the fatal shooting of a 51-year-old man after a street fight earlier this week.

The victim, Donald Williams, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, died from a gunshot to the torso after Arnold police said a fight was reported outside a vacant home about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The fight grew from a few teenage girls to about 20 people. Reed was arraigned Friday morning.
