Quality Life Services
The tradition of providing a full continuum of health care for seniors of all ages began in 1973 when the Tack family proudly opened Sugar Creek Rest.
Since the inauguration of that campus in Armstrong County, the Quality Life Services family has expanded the opportunity for seniors to receive compassionate care in homelike communities that now include Armstrong, Butler, Fayette, Lawrence, Mercer and Westmoreland counties.
Quality Life Services is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable health care, housing and retirement services to older adults in six neighboring counties in Western Pennsylvania.
It owns and operates nine communities and a pharmacy.
Collectively, Quality Life Services Family of Companies provides short-term and long-term skilled nursing, comprehensive rehabilitation services, specialized memory support for individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia, respite care, adult day services, personal care along with designated memory support personal care, and at three of our communities we offer independent living cottages and apartments.
