W. Alvin Rahiser of Evans City celebrated his 90th birthday Sunday with his family.
He was born Jan. 20, 1918, in Evans City. He married Satina Capella on Dec. 1, 1941.
He has two children, Julia Knauff of Evans City and Edward Rahiser of Connoquenessing. He also has three grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
Rahiser is retired from J&L Steel.
