12:45 p.m. Wednesday - A car driven by Samuel Hamilton, 51, and a pickup truck driven by James Lascoula, 26, both of Butler, collided at Hansen Avenue and Renaissance Drive. Hamilton was cited for a traffic signal violation.3:26 a.m. Wednesday - Matthew Kozlowski, 27, of 159 Bear Creek Road, Sarver, was arrested for allegedly assaulting former girlfriend Carolyn Kubulnicky, 26, during a dispute at the woman's Negley Avenue home. Kozlowski is charged with simple assault.

Wednesday - Musical instruments, computer equipment and numerous other items were taken between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 4 a.m. Wednesday in a burglary at the Needle Point Road home of Michael Gardner in Forward Township.Among the property taken were two guitars, an electronic keyboard, two computers and a pair of printers, a television, digital camera, videocassette/DVD player, camcorder, three radios and a Sony Playstation II.7:35 p.m. Sept. 22 - A car driven by Lauren DeChellis, 17, of West Sunbury struck a concrete bridge abutment on Long Road in Marion Township before traveling about 12 feet down an embankment and into a creek and flipping onto its roof. DeChellis, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured.Noon Sept. 22 - James Slimick Sr., 42, of 195 Stark Road, Sarver, is accused of smashing the windshield of a backhoe, owned by the Clinton Township road department, parked on Goldscheitter Road. Slimick is charged with institutional vandalism, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
