1:40 p.m. Monday - Cars driven by Megan Hefferman, 19, of Grove City and Pearl Shaffer, 51, of Slippery Rock collided at Route 258 and Courtney Mill Road in Liberty Township, Mercer County. The collision forced Shaffer's car into a utility pole.12:01 a.m. Monday - A car driven by MuthyapuReddy, 33, of Cranberry Township struck a deer in Interstate 79 in Springfield Township, Mercer County.

1:15 a.m. Sunday - Neil Brashear, 22, of Saxonburg was charged with driving under the influence after he was stopped for hitting a traffic control device on South Main Street.
