1:20 p.m. Sunday - Randall Vavro, 39, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence on Whitestown and South Duffy roads. In addition to DUI, Vavro was also cited for careless driving.

10:30 a.m. Wednesday - A .25-caliber pistol was found at Route 68 and Slippery Rock Road in Chicora. The owner can claim the handgun by calling the barracks at 724-284-8100.Wednesday - A blue go-kart with yellow wheels was taken from a shed between 9 p.m. Tuesday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in a burglary at the Central Avenue home of Jeffrey Dunlap in Chicora. The go-kart has blue roll bars and white markings, with the inscription "Interceptor" on its side.Police noted the go-kart belonged to Dunlap's deceased son and has great sentimental value. Anyone with information about the property is asked to call the barracks at 724-284-8100.9:30 p.m. Monday - Thomas Spohn, 63, of Renfrew was arrested for allegedly assaulting Clarissa Spohn, 54, of Renfrew during a domestic dispute at a Stuckey Road home in Forward Township. Thomas Spohn is charged with simple assault.10:25 a.m. Sunday - An unknown driver is suspected of deliberately ramming his car into another vehicle in an apparent case of road rage on Interstate 79 in Worth Township.The unidentified car is believed to be a 2005, dark metallic blue Chevrolet Malibu. The occupants in the vehicle that was struck were identified as David Welland, 20, of Coraopolis; Mark Wagner, 20, of Clinton; and Davis Lusk, 18, of Aliquippa.Aug. 11 - A Stihl chainsaw valued at $500 and a ceramic frog yard ornament were taken from a shed between July 27 and Aug. 11 in a burglary at the West Church Street home of Ella Barkley in West Sunbury.

10:45 p.m. Monday - Lawrence Cousins, 40, of Kittanning was arrested for allegedly breaking into a house on Graham Road in Kittanning Township, Armstrong County, punching out the homeowner and stealing his car.Cousins later drove the car into shrubbery, a gas meter and wooden fence along Graham, police said. Troopers arrested Cousins after he allegedly returned to Gary Stewart's home before driving off and leading police on a brief chase.Police did not immediately indicate why Cousins assaulted the 40-year-old Stewart.Cousins is charged with driving under the influence, theft of a motor vehicle, simple assault, accidents involving damage to unattended property, and fleeing or attempting to elude police. He is being held in the Armstrong County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Monday - Wendy's Restaurant on Route 208 in Grove City was cited after police were called to the sixth false alarm at the business within 12 months.
