12:42 a.m. Monday - Robert Peth, 25, of Connoquenessing Township was arrested for driving under the influence at Hansen Avenue and Pillow Street. He was also cited for failing to stop at a stop sign.Monday - An unidentified vehicle, between 11 p.m. Sunday and 5:05 a.m. Monday, struck a car parked on Glenn Avenue and did not stop following the crash. Russell Fair of Butler owns the car, which sustained extensive damage in the crash.11:42 a.m. Aug. 29 - A van driven by Christine Grossman, 34, of Jefferson Township and a pickup truck driven by Joyce Geibel, 53, of Clearfield Township collided on Belmont Boulevard. Both drivers and Deborah Solari, 53, of Butler, a passenger in the pickup, suffered unknown injuries; none were wearing seat belts. Grossman was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

1:30 a.m. Monday - Jeremy Uber, 41, of Harrisville was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Harmony Road in Slippery Rock Township.2 p.m. Sunday - Cars driven by Angela Ravigoni, 53, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, and Herbert Wellman, 59, of Sarver collided on Route 356 near Marwood Road in Jefferson Township.7:36 p.m. Saturday - Joseph Layer, 45, of Pittsburgh was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township.6:08 p.m. Saturday - A car driven by a 17-year-old Butler area girl, who police did not identify, and a pickup truck driven by Kenneth Shuler, 67, of Fenelton collided at Osche and Moran roads in Summit Township. The girl, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken with minor injuries to Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning.1 p.m. Saturday - A motorcycle driven by Daniel Christiana, no age given, of Slippery Rock traveled off North Road and struck a culvert in Franklin Township.Saturday - Kimberly Platt said her Moraine Drive home in Muddy Creek Township was broken into between 9 and 11:45 p.m. Nothing was taken in the burglary.6:08 p.m. Friday - An unidentified red Dodge Dakota struck a Jeep Cherokee parked on East Slippery Rock Street in Chicora and did not stop following the crash.Saturday - A Game Boy video game system was taken from a car parked on Burke Road in Clearfield Township. Tina Lipscomb of Fenelton owns the property that was stolen between 8 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday.

10:03 a.m. Sunday - A 26-year-old Butler area woman and two Armstrong County men are suspected of using and selling drugs at the Quality Inn in West Kittanning, Armstrong County.Police were called to the suspects' room and found suspected cocaine and a large amount of drug paraphernalia. A search of the suspects' vehicle turned up suspected marijuana and additional drug paraphernalia. Police, who did not identify the suspects, said charges are pending an analysis of the suspected narcotics.
