9:12 p.m. Saturday - Ralph Gardlock Jr., 55, no address given, was arrested for driving under the influence on North Washington Street. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license.

3:28 a.m. Monday - Leonard Lewis, 52, of Butler was arrested for violating a court-issued protection from abuse order at a McGrady Hollow Road home in Summit Township. Candice Alum, 37, of Butler has the PFA.

Sept. 30 - Christopher Wolf of East Brady reported someone took two shingle rippers valued at $120, a 16-inch chainsaw worth $170 and a reciprocating saw worth $100 from various work sites.

9 p.m. Sunday - Sean O'Neil Robertson, 22, of 816 4th Ave., Ford City, has been arraigned on charges of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault after having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl. He was arraigned and was placed on $10,000 bond in the Armstrong County Prison.9:45 p.m. Saturday - Ming Jin Liu, 41, and Jiang Wei Huang, 33, both of China, where stopped for a traffic matter on Route 28 in Frazer Township, Allegheny County, and both failed to provide evidence of their right to be in the United States. U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement placed Liu in the Allegheny County Prison.Huang was determined not to be threat to public safety or national security and was released.5:35 p.m. Saturday - Ernest Oteng, 31, of Ghana in Africa, failed to produce paperwork stating his right to be in the United States. He was taken to the Allegheny County Prison.He was stopped on Route 28 near the Slate Lick exit.
