8:41 a.m. Saturday — Herman Nelson, 51, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Whitestown Road.

5:57 p.m. Monday — A couple riding on a motorcycle was injured when their vehicle and a pickup truck collided at Winfield and Bicker roads in Winfield Township.Richard Beatty, 55, who was driving the motorcycle, and Susan Beatty, 53, a passenger, were taken to Pittsburgh hospitals with unknown injuries. Both were wearing helmets. Police did not identify where the Beattys live. Michael Nebel, 21, of Cabot was driving the pickup.1:33 a.m. Monday — Andrew Mine, 27, of Baden, Beaver County, was arrested after a search turned up an undisclosed amount of cocaine in a car stopped for a faulty headlight on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.Mine is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and several traffic violations.4:55 p.m. Sunday — Buffalo Township police officer Patricia Disher, no age given, of Sarver was injured when her cruiser on the way to a fire/burglar alarm crashed on the Route 356 overpass at Route 28 in Buffalo Township. The extent of Disher's injuries was not known. Township police could not be reached for comment.1:30 p.m. Sunday — Michael Joseph Blystone, 41, of Adams Township was arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot and kill Beverly Blystone, 30, and her live-in boyfriend, Stephen Carr, 29, both of Saxonburg. Police said the defendant made the threat during a telephone conversation. He is charged with terrorist threats.
