Tuesday — A fugitive suspected of drug trafficking in Butler was arrested in Jacksonville Fla., at the home of a former Butler resident who is in the U.S. Coast Guard.Florida authorities picked up Harry King IV, 22, of Pillow Street on a warrant stemming from his arrest that followed a state police investigation into crack cocaine dealing in Butler.King was arraigned in Butler on charges including several felony counts, in connection with the drug investigation; however, he later fled the state for Florida.Police said authorities plan to extradite King to Butler County, where he faces three counts each of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility, as well as conspiracy.He is in Duval County Jail in Jacksonville, pending extradition.

Wednesday — Police charged Raymond Botzer, 51, of Rimersburg with driving under the influence in connection with a traffic stop at 12:27 p.m. Dec. 10 on HuckleberryRidge Road in Piney Township, Clarion County.4 a.m. Monday — Zachery Steele, 18, of Rimersburg said someone threw an unknown object at his car, breaking the rear window, as he drove on Wildcat Road in Madison Township, Clarion County.

Jan. 8 — Someone broke into and stole undisclosed items overnight from three vehicles at two McCrae Road homes in Pine Township, Mercer County.
