4:45 p.m. Wednesday — Acar driven by Justin Fresh,18, of Bruin crashed into an embankment on the Chicora-Fenelton Road in Donegal Township. Fresh and a 17-year-old Petrolia boy riding in the car were treated for minor injuries at Butler Memorial Hospital.Neither occupant was wearing a seat belt, said police, who cited Fresh for driving too fast for conditions.12:50 a.m. Wednesday — Paul Stitt, 27, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 422 and North Road in Franklin Township.Wednesday — An unidentified vehicle struck a wooden handrail at the entrance of the Subway restaurant on North Main Street in Harrisville. The unknown driver did not stop after the crash between 10 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.5:19 p.m. Tuesday — A sport utility vehicle driven by Darlene Barron, 57, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, skidded on ice-covered Route 108 in Worth Township, and struck a guardrail. Barron, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.

6:38 p.m. Jan. 4 — Gary Alan Jones, 52, of Baden, Beaver County, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police allegedly found his vehicle and Jones parked at the park-n-ride off Lindsay Road. Police had received a report from a motorist about a reckless driver on Lindsay Road and they were able to match the description of the vehicle and Jones at the park-n-ride.
