12:10 a.m. Sunday — Richard Schreiber, 33, of Prospect was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 8 South at the Super 8 motel.

1:30 p.m. Thursday — Dawnetta Mentzer, 40, of Butler was arrested on a warrant stemming from a several-month-long drug investigation into crack cocaine trafficking in Butler.Mentzer is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held in the Butler County Prison on $50,000 bond.11:36 a.m. Wednesday — Wayne Allen Timble, 35, of Imperial, Allegheny County, was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.Police said a search of Trimble's vehicle turned up a small amount of marijuana and cocaine, and other contraband. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.Wednesday — A large piggy bank filled with quarters was stolen from the Chris Bel Drive home of Janice Geibel in Summit Township. The theft occurred between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 11 p.m. Wednesday.6:29 a.m. Tuesday — A car driven by Bertha Krauth, 59, of Vandergrift, Westmoreland County, crashed into a large rock and rolled onto its roof along Bonniebrook Road in Jefferson Township. Krauth, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken with unknown injuries to Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, Allegheny County.Tuesday — An undisclosed amount of scrap metal was stolen Monday or Tuesday from Keystone Spring Service on Route 422 in Muddy Creek Township.
