10:15 a.m. Thursday — Cars driven by James Stark, 84, of Sarver and Perkins Roman, 54, of Butler collided at Route 228 and Spring Valley Road in Clinton Township.Wednesday — Jared Fair, 21, of Parker was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his all-terrain vehicle crashed on North Central Avenue inParker, Armstrong County.After the ATV rolled over in the crash, police said, Fair tried to drive off but ran into the side of a city police car driven by Patrolman Zachary Kirsch.March 12 — Adiamond ring valued at $3,500 was stolen between 9:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. from Kay Jewelers at Clearview Mall in Center Township.

10:05 p.m. Wednesday — James Humphrey, 30, of Grove City was arrested for allegedly assaulting Melissa Stiles, 27, of Grove City during an argument on Centertown Road in Pine Township, Mercer County. Humphrey is charged with simple assault.
