Monday — Police charged Edward E. Scott Jr., 27, of Summit Township with bad checks, stemming from a $1,747 check he passed April 30 to buy a Honda generator at Kenmac Rental and Sales on South Main Street.12:50 a.m. Saturday — James Selzer, 25, of Donegal Township was arrested for driving under the influence on East Cunningham Street. Police also cited Selzer for a traffic light violation.

Saturday — A 31-year-old Rimersburg woman is accused of walking around wearing no clothes on Chestnut Street in Rimersburg, Clarion County. The woman, who police did not identify, faces a charge of open lewdness.

8:10 p.m. Wednesday — Police are seeking a strong-armed robber who made off with an undisclosed amount of money at a Prime Outlets store in Springfield Township, Mercer County.The unknown male, described as being about 17 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall with short blonde hair, walked into the Heritage Tobacco and Wine store, handed the clerk a $20 bill and asked for change.When the clerk opened the cash register, the suspect reached into the drawer, grabbed the currency and ran out the door. Police said the man possibly left in a silver vehicle believed to be an unknown Honda model.
