James and Mildred Junk of Cabot celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at the Runway Restaurant in Butler. They plan to also celebrate on a fall trip.

Junk and the former Mildred Faidley were married June 19, 1954, at Otterbein United Methodist Church in Connellsville.

They are the parents of Ronald Junk, James Junk and Amy Baker, all of Cabot. They also have three grandchildren.

Junk is retired from II-VI in Saxonburg.

Mrs. Junk is retired from Sylvan Spawn in Worthington.
