Kresh 50th anniversary

Rudolph and Anna Kresh of Butler celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at the Hardwood Café on Saturday.

Kresh and the former Anna Tanczos were married July 17, 1954, at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Bath.

They are the parents of David Kresh of Washington; Irene Rosati of McDonald; Leonard Kresh of Holly Hill, Fla.; and Daniel Kresh and Teresa McDonald, both of Butler. They also have four grandchildren and two stepgrandchildren.

Kresh is retired from Burroughs Corp., where he was a systems engineer. He is a member of the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Butler County.

Mrs. Kresh is retired from ESA, where she was a systems engineer. She is a member of the board of directors and is the webmaster for the Austrian-American Cultural Society in Pittsburgh. She is also a webmaster for the Burgenland Bunch Geneological Society and teaches a computer course at the Institute for Learning in Retirement at Slippery Rock University.

The couple belongs to Saint Andrew Roman Catholic Church.
