Elmer and Pearl Osche of Butler will celebrate 50 years of marriage with an open house at 2 p.m. Sept. 25 at their home, 291 Simon Drive.

The former Pearl Schiebel married Osche on Sept. 25, 1954, at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Church in Herman.

They have seven children, 10 grandchildren, a step-grandchild and a step-great-grandchild.

Osche is a retired truck driver. He is a life member of the Roman Catholic Men's Club and a member of the Herman Volunteer Fire Company.

Mrs. Osche is a homemaker. She is involved in the Special Olympics.
