Edith McGrew of Worthington at Adams in Mars will celebrate her 90th birthday with a gathering for family and friends.

Born Nov. 6, 1914, the former Edith Parker was one of the first triplets born in Butler County. She married William McGrew on Nov. 23, 1950; he is deceased.

She has a daughter, Michele Shields, two grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

Mrs. McGrew retired from Heckett Engineering after 30 years. She is a life member of the Butler Country Club, where she enjoyed playing bridge.

She is a member and former treasurer at North Street Christian Church. She also enjoys singing and reading.
