Tony Amendolea of West Sunbury, celebrated his 90th birthday with an open house at Trinity Lutheran Church in Butler.

Born March 4, 1915 in Butler, he married Anna J. Smith on June 23, 1951.

He has three children, Karen Bayless, Anthony Amendolea and Lonny Amendolea, all of West Sunbury. He also has nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Amendolea is retired from the Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad.

He is a member of Springdale Lutheran Church and a lifetime member of the West Sunbury Volunteer Fire Department.
