Curtis and Roseanne McCollough of Sarver celebrated 50 years of marriage with family and friends during a celebration at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver.

The former Roseanne Byrnes married McCollough on June 11, 1955 at the former First English Lutheran Church in Chicora.

They have four children, Mark McCollough of Hampden, Maine; Dianne McCollough of Pennsylvania Furnace; Steven of Stevensville, Mont.; and Scott McCollough of Slate Lick.

They also have six grandchildren.

McCollough is retired from Oberg Industries of Freeport where he worked as an engineer.

Mrs. McCollough is a portrait artist.

The couple belongs to St. Paul's Lutheran Church where both are active in the church choir and Mrs. McCollough teaches adult Sunday school classes.
